Brian was born and raised in the Peoria area. He attended Peoria Notre Dame High School prior to graduating from Bradley University with a B.S. in History. After Bradley, Brian graduated from the College of Law at Northern Illinois University, where he served as a research assistant to Professor Guadalupe Luna and then to Dean Jennifer Rosato.

While at Northern, Brian was the first student to complete an advanced domestic violence clinic at the Zeke Giorgi Legal Clinic in Rockford, Illinois. Brian received the Outstanding Clinical Student Award when he graduated from law school for his work with victims of domestic violence, including representing victims in court.

Brian joined Parker & Parker as an intern in the summer of 2012 and became a junior partner in 2017. He has presented to the Peoria County Bar Association on topics related to the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act on multiple occasions. Brian is a zealous advocate for his clients and works with clients to tailor a strategy to achieve successful resolution of the unique issues in each case. Brian primarily focuses on complex family law litigation, including high net worth divorces, custody, financial and property matters, and represents the interests of children as a Guardian ad Litem.
